This is a picture I took from the Musee Rodin in Paris. which I chose to use for a Printmaking class. I did the etching in a copper plate and after cautiously drawing and printing I finally reproduced what I wanted. The process of printmaking is very complex and this is why each print will be different. I also learned how to wood cut which requires a lot of thought since you need to cut the negative space to print the image. The depth of the cut is a variable the will have an effect on the final print. This was definitely a fun project which took a while but was rather gratifying.
